RIP: Michael Christopher Pebley Sr. (AKA TRIGZ)

Los Angeles lost a true soldier this weekend.  Not only a tattoo artist and graff writer, but
more importantly a family man and friend to many.  He will be sorely missed.

His current work in mixed-media paintings blend cultural and architectural treasures along the byways of border region
Hispanic communities into painterly narratives of everyday street life.

World renowned tattoo artists Joe Capobianco, Jime Litwalk and Dan Smith will be tattooing fans the night of the opening with their favorite designs chosen right from the wall.

Among the artists and designers that will be presenting Flash Prints for the exhibition are Alex Pardee, Amanda Visell, Brandt Peters & Kathie Olivas, Camilla D’Errico, David Horvath, Devilrobots, Frank Kozik, Greg “Craola” Simkins, Joe Ledbetter, Junko Mizuno, MIST, Ron English, Sam Flores, TADO, Tara McPherson, and Tokidoki co-founder and Creative Director Simone Legno.

The night will also be filled with events, giveaways, and contests for fans of Tattoos and Pop Art.

PRISON INC

Show opens Saturday Feb.6th from 6-9pm



Crewest is pleased to announce “Prison INC.”

A group show exhibition curated by Gregg Stone and featuring a large collection of highly skilled drawings created by incarcerated artists living behind bars whose life could have been different if born under different circumstances. Living behind bars has allowed these artists to discover their true talent and blessed them with the gift to illustrate that which fills their mind.

Also on display will be hand written letters with compelling stories from the artists themselves.
